At Rarostock, we strive to provide high-quality stock photography to meet your creative needs. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. No Refunds for Individually Downloaded Images

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of individual image downloads are final and non-refundable. Once an image has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit. We encourage you to carefully review image details and ensure it meets your requirements before making an individual purchase.

2. Refund Policy for Subscription Plans

We offer a limited refund policy for our monthly and yearly subscription plans, subject to the following conditions:

a. Eligibility Window:

  • For both Monthly and Yearly Subscription plans, a refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase of the subscription.

b. Download Limit:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the subscriber must not have downloaded more than five (5) images from their subscription plan within the eligible 7-day window. If more than 5 images have been downloaded, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

c. Refund Amount:

  • If you meet the eligibility criteria (within 7 days and 5 or fewer downloads), a full refund of the subscription fee will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund (Subscription Plans Only)

To request a refund for an eligible subscription plan, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at support@rarostock.com within the 7-day eligibility window from your subscription purchase date.
  • In your email, please include your:
    • Subscription purchase date
    • Subscription plan type (Monthly or Yearly)
    • Reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve our services)
  • Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria (purchase date and number of downloads).

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request for a subscription plan is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within [Specify number, e.g., 7-10] business days of approval.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Any individual image downloads.
  • Subscription plans where the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Subscription plans from which more than 5 images have been downloaded, regardless of the time elapsed.
  • Any dissatisfaction arising from the nature or quality of the images once they have been downloaded (as you have the opportunity to preview before purchase).
  • Issues related to software compatibility, internet connectivity, or user error on your end after successful download.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

Rarostock reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
